IS REQUIRED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF BOOKING YOUR PRIVATE PARTY.
Our most popular package is the Private 1 ½ hour Birthday Party. Price is $80.00. This package includes admission into the rink. Quad skate rental, Invitations and one drink for each skater. You may have up to 36 skaters, for each guest over 36 please add $2.50 per person. Birthday child receives 1 free Sparkle or Glow item of their choice. Parents and Grandparents that do not skate are not counted toward your 36, however they do not receive a free drink. During this time we are closed to the public. Add extra time to any birthday for only $25.00 a 1/2 hour. For shared parties add $2.50 for each additional birthday child.
A minimum 1/2 down deposit is required 7 days from the date the party is booked.

IN ADVANCE TO GET THE DATES AND TIMES YOU WANT!!
Non-private birthday parties can be booked during any of our regular open skate session except for Friday Nights. Cost is regular admission for that session plus $12.00 for the use of the private party room (includes one drink for each skater and 1 free Glow item for the birthday child). Cake or cup cakes may be brought into the rink, but must be eaten in the party room during the allotted time. Gifts may also be open during this time. This option is perfect for the small party but is NOT intended for more than 10 – 15 guests.
Private parties for groups may be booked anytime the rink is not open to the general public. Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are reserved for Private group parties.
Our rate is $2.00 per skater for a 2 hour party or $2.50 per skater for a 3 hour party with a minimum of 75 skaters.
You have the choice of format or music or any other option you may desire. Outside food and drinks are permitted but must first be approved through the rink office.
Special discounts apply to groups booking 3 or more parties a season.

Groups that have 4 or more parties qualify for the Attendance Booster Program. The Attendance Booster Program tracks your guests by whatever division you choose. Then the division that has the best overall attendance wins a Free 1 ½ hour Private Party for their division.
Any group that has 6 or more parties in a season will receives a free 2 hour party which can be scheduled for May or June.
